This was my first experience shopping with SHEGLAM, and unfortunately, I am very disappointed with your return policy. I regret making this purchase, and because of this experience, I don’t think I will shop with SHEGLAM again.
The return shipping cost is very expensive, and I don’t understand why customers have to pay such a high amount just to return a product within the return period. It makes the return process very difficult and discourages customers from shopping again.
As a gesture of goodwill, would it be possible to provide a prepaid return label or arrange the return shipping at no cost? I would really appreciate your help and hope you can make an exception in this case.
